We believe and approach birth and parenting as a divine, biblical and godly privilege. Parenting is a lifetime commitment, and birth and pregnancy is just the beginning. The choices mothers make during pregnancy will have a lasting impact in their birth outcome and parenting.

Nurtured Birth

 I accompany women in labor to help ensure a safe and satisfying birth experience by providng continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to you (and your partner) for the duration of labor and birth. I will work to help you hold onto and move towards the vision you created for your baby's birth. 

I am also availble to provide remote support. My virtual support includes the same as in person.Additionally, I will  help you create a plan of action in order to support the various transitions that occur after the birth of a child, and I will provide an extensive “Doula Box” of supplies I would typically bring in person

Nurtured Feeding

Lactation support on a needed basis to fascilitate and strethen  the motherbaby breastfeeding relationship. Assistance to help your baby latch on properly, and support to protect breastmilk production.

Cost

 It is my belief that birth matters, and all women should be able to experience the birth they desire, regardless their financial situations. In an effort to make my services accessible,  and avoid keeping a woman from the support she needs and wants during pregnancy and birth, I offer a sliding scale on my fees and this can be discussed during our initial interview. Payment plans are available, and if finances are an issue, please feel free to discuss options with me.
